🌎 What Countries Do You Ship To?

Right now, we’re shipping exclusively within the United States. ✈️ But don’t worry — if you’re outside the U.S. and eyeing something from Hey Suki, send us a note at hey.suki.co@gmail.com. We’re collecting interest and would love to know where our products should travel to next. Your input helps us decide where we expand shipping first!

 

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through Shopify Pay, which makes checking out quick, easy, and secure. Here’s how it works:

📦 How do I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link — so you can follow your Hey Suki goodies every step of the way! 🚚✨ Just click the link and you’ll see updates from our shipping partner.

If you don’t see your email, double‑check your spam or promotions folder (sometimes they like to hide there). Still no luck? Send us a quick note at hey.suki.co@gmail.com and we’ll help you track it down.

↩️ Return Policy

All sales are final. However, we want you to love your Hey Suki purchase. If your item arrives with a defect or fault, we’ll gladly review the issue to see if a replacement is eligible.

To begin this process, please email us a clear photo of the faulty item at hey.suki.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request promptly and follow up with next steps.
